Once I looked inside myself and accepted who I am my journey began. Mentored by wonderful teachers I want to share the healing modalities that have helped me in wonderous ways. "All things change, nothing perishes', my training and practices have changed me in amazing ways!

We offer stress management techniques that deal directly with the mind-the thought processes, emotions, intellect and, extending beyond the mind, the quest for spiritual meaning.
