I am pleased to tell you that I have noticed a big improvement with my plantar fascitis since I started reflexology. Some days I felt like I was walking on rocks. When I wear shoes & sneakers it is necessary for me to wear arch support. Recently after a reflexology session I was able to wear regular shoes without a support. I look forward to my reflexology session with you. Your positive attitude & calming way sets the tone for a fulfilling experience. I love our chatting sessions & exchange information we are happy for each others good fortune. Joanne I am following your suggestion about meditating & journaling. I am finding it very helpful to put things on paper instead of keeping everything inside & stuffing it down. I find the music soothing & I am able to let myself go & relax.
